So you’ve decided to put your home on the market. You’re excited, you’re eager, but maybe you’re also a bit stressed. You know it takes a lot of work to get a home “show ready”. You’ve seen the gorgeous home photos on Pinterest.  You’ve watched Joanna and Chip work their magic on HGTV. And you may have read that over 90% of buyers decide which homes they choose to view by looking at realtor listing photos on the internet first.
That’s where I come in. My name is Francesca and I’m the owner of Creekhill Designs, LLC. I’m a trained home stager with a passion for design.  As a former real estate agent, I specialize in looking at homes through the critical eyes of the home buyer. I know how to showcase your home’s best features (both inside and out), so that it stands above the competition on the real estate websites. I also know that every home, large or small, has the potential to be beautiful and appealing when staged correctly.
So whether you just need a “To Do Checklist” so you can stage it yourself or you really don’t have the time and need someone to handle all the details for you, I can help!  Soon you’ll be looking forward to your new home and stress will be a distant memory!
